Technical Visit to GOA Essence HAI in João Pessoa Showcases the Property’s Highlights and the Network’s Hotels in Campina Grande and Gramado

GOA Hotéis welcomed 10 travel agents from the Rio de Janeiro region to GOA Essence HAI, located in Bessa, João Pessoa. The visit was part of New It Operadora’s FAM tour and gave the professionals the opportunity to experience the hotel network’s hospitality concept firsthand.

The group was welcomed by Sales Manager Michel Targino, who presented the accommodations, facilities and distinctive features of the property. The meeting also highlighted GOA Essence Citymix, in Campina Grande, and LAHG Gramado Hotel by GOA, in the Serra Gaúcha region, expanding the accommodation options available to the participating agents’ clients.

Comfort, Leisure and Well-Being in João Pessoa.

During the technical visit, the professionals had the opportunity to explore the facilities at GOA Essence HAI, which features a swimming pool, gym and pet-friendly area, offering amenities to suit different types of guests.

The presentation also highlighted upcoming additions to the guest experience: the hotel will offer beach services, spa services and a jacuzzi. The goal is to provide moments of relaxation and well-being, combining the atmosphere of the Paraíba coastline with attentive service.

Three Destinations for Different Experiences

In addition to the property in João Pessoa, the agents also learned about the offerings of GOA Hotéis’ two other properties.

In Campina Grande, GOA Essence Citymix caters to business travel, events and leisure stays. Its facilities, which include a convention center, meet the needs of visitors traveling to the city for work as well as those looking to enjoy its cultural attractions and events.

Meanwhile, LAHG Gramado Hotel by GOA represents the brand’s presence in the Serra Gaúcha region, offering accommodation for guests wishing to explore Gramado’s gastronomy, attractions and experiences, including the famous Natal Luz Christmas season.

Building Stronger Relationships with Travel Agents

The FAM tour strengthens GOA Hotéis’ relationship with New It Operadora and travel agents from the state of Rio de Janeiro. By experiencing the facilities firsthand and receiving detailed information about each property, the professionals are better equipped to advise their clients with confidence and identify the most suitable accommodation for each trip.

The initiative is part of GOA’s commercial efforts to showcase its portfolio and develop partnerships across the three destinations where it operates: João Pessoa, Campina Grande and Gramado.
