Document under review. The institutional details marked below are still to be completed and this version is not final.
Terms of Use
Short rules, written to be read — not to hide behind themselves.
This document sets out what you may do on this site, what we guarantee, what we do not guarantee, and where our liability ends. No small print: if anything here needs a lawyer to be understood, it is the text that is wrong.

Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of this institutional site — the content you read, the forms you complete and the paths it opens towards the properties of the group. They do not govern your stay: that arises from its own contract, entered into with the property that receives you.
By browsing this site you agree with what is written here. If you disagree with any point, the honest path is not to use it — and if you would like to tell us why, we will be grateful.
Who operates this site
This site is published and maintained by:
- Registered name: [A PREENCHER: razão social]
- Company register (CNPJ): [A PREENCHER: CNPJ]
- Registered office: [A PREENCHER: endereço completo da sede]
Permitted use
This site exists to be read, shared and used as a point of departure for a stay. We ask only that the use be in good faith:
- Browsing, reading and printing the content for personal or informative use.
- Sharing links to any page, without altering the address or the context.
- Quoting excerpts with clear attribution to GOA Hospitality Group and a link to the source.
- Using the forms for their intended purpose, with truthful information.
- Referencing the content in journalistic, academic or research work.
It is not permitted to extract the content in bulk by automated means without authorisation, to reproduce whole pages on another domain, to circumvent security measures, to overload the infrastructure, to use the brand in a way that suggests a link, sponsorship or approval that does not exist, or to send through a form any unlawful or offensive content, or third-party content without consent.
Intellectual property
Everything you see here was made by someone, and that authorship is protected by Brazilian Laws 9.610/1998 and 9.279/1996. The following belong to GOA Hospitality Group or to its licensors:
- The GOA and GOA Hospitality Group marks and the AURA, ESSENCE, RESORT, CITY and SMART brands, with their graphic signs, monograms and signatures.
- The institutional and editorial texts, including the Blog articles.
- The photographs, videos and illustrations, whether our own or licensed from third parties.
- The design of the pages, the applied typography and the source code that delivers them.
Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. Commercial use, adaptation and redistribution require written authorisation, which may be requested through our contact channel. Quotation with attribution and a link remains free.
Third-party content and links
Some pages point outwards: booking engines, property sites, publications that have quoted us. Those destinations have their own owner, their own policy and their own liability. We check what we link to, but we do not control what changes after the click.
The presence of a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it. If you find a broken or improper destination, tell us and we will correct it.
Reservations, rates and the relationship with each property
This site presents the group; it is not the front desk. The contractual relationship of a stay is established between you and the chosen property, through the booking engine that it operates.
- Availability, rates, fees and cancellation and no-show policies are those of the property and of the booking engine in force at the moment of confirmation.
- Images and descriptions on this site illustrate the concept of each brand and do not replace the room details presented during booking.
- An evident typographic error in a price or a condition binds neither the group nor the property, and will be corrected with notice to anyone who has already booked.
- Special requests — floor, view, time of arrival — are recorded as preferences and confirmed according to availability on the day.
Where what is written here differs from what appears in your booking confirmation, the booking confirmation prevails.
Availability of the site
We work to keep this site online and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or freedom from error. Maintenance, infrastructure failure, attack or force majeure may interrupt access without prior notice.
The institutional content is offered as it stands, for information. Figures, dates and descriptions may change between one update and the next — when your decision depends on them, confirm with us or with the property.
Limitation of liability
We answer for what is under our control, to the extent that Brazilian law admits limitation. We do not answer for:
- Damages arising from the temporary unavailability of the site or from a typographic error corrected within a reasonable time.
- The content, policy or service of third-party sites reached through links.
- Use of the site contrary to these terms, or false information supplied by whoever uses it.
Nothing here sets aside the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants you, nor liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. A clause that the law deems abusive is void, and the voidness of one clause does not contaminate the others.
Privacy and personal data
The processing of personal data on this site is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms for all purposes.
Where this document and the Privacy Policy appear to conflict on the processing of data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change to follow the site, the law or the operation of the group. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
A material change is announced on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site thereafter means accepting the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
The courts of [A PREENCHER: comarca do foro] are elected to settle disputes arising from this document, waiving any other however privileged — save for the right of a consumer to sue in the courts of their own domicile, under Article 101, I, of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Terms that nobody reads protect nobody.
If any point above seems obscure, unfair or simply badly written, say so. We adjust the text when it deserves it — and explain it when it needs to stay as it is.
