In a short space of time, GOA Hotéis takes the first steps of its national expansion. In around a month, the brand brings together the operations of GOA Essence Hai, in João Pessoa, and GOA Essence CityMix, in Campina Grande, as well as the distribution of LAHG Hotel Gramado, in the Serra Gaúcha, connecting its presence in the Northeast to its arrival in the South.
That movement rests on professionals with more than two decades of experience in the sector. GOA applies that knowledge to the aim of offering high-performance hospitality, with quality of service and specialist management for investors and owners.
“Bringing together three properties in so little time marks an important beginning for GOA. Our aim is to apply the experience we have gathered in the market to offer distinctive hospitality and to seek sustainable financial returns for investors,” says Patrícia Cantalice, Operations Director at GOA Hotéis.
With a strong commercial presence, GOA intends to widen its relationship with clients and to develop strategies aimed at the end consumer. The purpose is to strengthen sales channels, stimulate business and contribute to the results of each property.
“Every hotel calls for a strategy of its own. Our work is to connect the product to the right audience, strengthen the sales channels and develop opportunities that balance occupancy, average rate and profitability,” says Michel Targino, Sales Manager at GOA Hotéis.
The structure of the brand holds five flags: Aura, turned towards luxury; Essence, which values identity and connection with the destination; Resort, given over to leisure; City, aimed at urban and corporate travel; and Smart, focused on practicality and efficiency.
With three properties brought together in roughly a month, GOA Hotéis begins its course by connecting destinations and different kinds of stay. The aim is to bring distinctive hospitality to Brazil and to turn this expansion into lasting value, through the satisfaction of guests, the performance of the hotels and the appreciation of the assets of investors.
